Government lifts lid on own payment times

MBIE has launched a new dashboard showing each central government agency’s performance against 10 day invoice payment targets.

The new dashboard aims to provide transparency to suppliers and improve government agencies’ payment practices.
Central government agencies are committed to paying 95% of invoices within 10 working days.
The dashboard will be updated quarterly for all 32 central government agencies to demonstrate performance against this commitment.
