Extending the availability of 90-day trial periods to all employers

The Government has announced its intention to progress legislation to extend the availability of 90-day trial periods to all employers.

Once the legislation has passed, 90-day trial periods will be able to be used by all employers.
Until then, current provisions are still in place. You can read more about current provisions here:
