Science, Innovation and Technology Reforms webinars

Earlier this year, the Prime Minister announced the most significant changes to our science, innovation and technology system in more than 30 years.

Since the announcement we have been working collaboratively with the sector to shape the science organisations and system of the future. We will be holding quarterly webinars to discuss these changes.

May 2025 webinar

When: Wednesday 14 May 2025, 1:30 - 2:15PM

Location: Online Teams event

Join us for the first programme level webinar where we’ll expand on these changes, provide an overview of the science reforms, and elaborate on any government announcements made.

You will hear from:

  • Iain Cossar - Programme Director, Science System Reforms, MBIE
  • Chelydra Percy - Chief Executive at GNS
  • Sue Bidrose - Chief Executive at AgResearch.

There will also be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions, and the webinar will be recorded.
