Summary

The Financial Advice Code Working Group has published a consultation paper regarding the new Code of Conduct for Financial Advice Services and is seeking submissions.

Submissions on the paper will close on Monday 30 April 2018.

Submissions

Submissions closed on 30 April 2018 and the Financial Advice Code Working Group received submissions from 150 submitters. These represent the views of a wide range of individuals, businesses and industry bodies. A small number of individuals or organisations made multiple submissions. Multiple submissions from the same submitter has been merged into a single file.

Submitters who wished to remain anonymous are referred to as ‘anonymous submitter’. Redactions have been made in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982 and the Privacy Act 1993 and when content may be defamatory or commercially sensitive. One submitter requested for their submission to remain confidential. This submission has not been published.
