This report was commissioned to understand the economic picture of Auckland’s already diverse and changing ethnic mix. The focus is on broader ethnic minority communities (those who are not Pākehā, Māori or Pasifika). The report is a companion to a New Zealand analysis (Economic contribution of ethnic minority communities 2001–2023), which provides a broad approach to looking at the economic contribution of ethnic minority communities.
