The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment wishes to invite suitably qualified providers of external dispute resolution services to apply to be the provider of a new single dispute resolution scheme for resolving certain disputes in the New Zealand grocery industry.
The scheme is to be established under the Grocery Industry Competition Act 2023. The Request for Applications document sets out the details and step-by-step process and conditions that apply.
The deadline for receiving applications is by 2pm Friday, 18 August 2023
