At MBIE, we value our people and strive to reflect the communities we serve. Our inclusion and diversity strategy, Nō Konei–Belong, focuses on creating a sense of belonging and meeting public sector-wide diversity, inclusion and equity objectives.
We created our first Gender Pay Action Plan in 2018 to address the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment's (MBIE) gender pay gap. This plan sets out the progress we have made to date and the next steps in our journey.
