International case studies report: Challenges and regulatory policy solutions integrating public EV charging stations.
MBIE commissioned Baringa (expert energy consultants) to undertake an international study of how the UK and Australian regulatory regimes supported the rollout of public Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure. The report presents cases studies and develops insights on how New Zealand can better integrate public EV charging stations.
This research was commissioned to provide insights from some of New Zealand’s larger employers on their expectations about redundant and emerging jobs, current and future skills gaps, and the extent to which different parts of the workforce may be impacted by future economic change.
This research was commissioned to help better understand the steps that New Zealand’s emissions-intensive, trade-exposed businesses are taking to transition to a low-emissions economy, their view of what their future looks like within the current and proposed settings and what the barriers are (and solutions could be) in this space.
This reports aim is to demonstrate the scope of supply potential in the country for biogas, and to understand the feasibility and economics of the possible supply opportunities across the emissions reduction budget timeframes.
