The Government has made law changes to the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act. This follows our 2018 review of the consumer credit law.
We are seeking feedback on an exposure draft of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2022 (the Draft Regulations) and accompanying guidance in the Responsible Lending Code (the Draft Code).
