We created our first Gender Pay Action Plan in 2018 to address the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment's (MBIE) gender pay gap. This plan sets out the progress we have made to date and the next steps in our journey.

Publicly provided income insurance is a new concept for New Zealand, but we do have a similar system for accidents: ACC. We propose that the New Zealand Income Insurance Scheme is funded and managed in a similar way.
