At a Glance - Competing for Skills: Migration Policies and Trends in New Zealand and Australia

The aims of this study were to: compare skilled migration policies in New Zealand and Australia, look at the labour market outcomes of skilled migrants using data from longitudinal immigration surveys in both countries, assess recent trends in skilled migration policy, suggest implications of these policy developments for the future of skilled migration in the two countries.
