Apply for a permit to send a payload into space.

The Outer Space and High-altitude Activities (Licences and Permits) Regulations Act 2017 governs payload permit applications.

The information in this form enables the Minister to make a decision on the payload permit application.

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) may share application information with other agencies in order to assist the Minister in the performance or exercise of functions, duties, or powers under the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act 2017.

You can share the form with others
