Application and assessment information for the Te Pūnaha Hihiko: Vision Mātauranga Capability Fund

How to apply for funding through the Te Pūnaha Hihiko: Vision Mātauranga Capability Fund and how applications are assessed.

Who can apply

For a proposal to be considered for assessment for either the Connect Scheme or Placement Scheme, it must meet the eligibility criteria for proposals as set out below in Te Pūnaha Hihiko: Vision Mātauranga Capability Fund investment plan and reiterated in the Call for Proposals.

Proposals that we consider don't meet these criteria will be declined for funding on eligibility grounds.

The application and assessment process

All proposals for the fund will be first assessed against the eligibility criteria for the fund.

Proposals we consider are eligible will be assessed against the assessment criteria by an independent panel we appoint. The assessment panel will assess proposals for both schemes.

Download the document below for full details on how to apply for funding and how to submit a proposal.
