Round 2 of the Tourism Infrastructure Fund awarded funding to 45 applications with a total of $19,221,675 awarded in August 2018.

Deep Cove Outdoor Education Trust

$170,000 of funding for the provision of toilet facilities at Deep Cove, Doubtful Sound.

Far North District Council

$639,000 of funding for the provision of toilet facilities across five locations in the district.

$353,000 of funding for three sewerage and water system feasibility studies for Opua, Paihia and Waitangi.

$344,000 of funding for the upgrade of an existing carpark at Kawakawa to support the Hundertwasser Park Centre – Te Hononga project.
