ILO conventions ratified by New Zealand

This booklet is a brief guide to the International Labour Conventions that New Zealand has ratified at 30 June 2015, and a list of the agencies that administer them. It also provides a brief outline of how they are implemented in New Zealand, including references to relevant pieces of legislation.

This publication is a guide only and should not be used as a substitute for the Convention texts or for New Zealand legislation. Full text versions of Conventions may be obtained from the International Labour Organisation website.
