Refreshed Government Model Contract templates: Submission form

We are seeking feedback on updates to the Government Model Contract templates.

Complete this form to make a submission.

The Government Model Contract templates are being refreshed to ensure they are up to date with current procurement rules, and new elements such as Broader Outcomes.

If you are preparing a submission in collaboration with others, you may wish to first prepare answers to each question in Microsoft Word or similar. That is because the online form does not save progress if you exit the browser.

The online form is in plain text only to help our submissions analysis. It does not have the ability to copy headings, bullet points, bolding, underlining, images or graphs etc.

If you are unable to use the online forms please email your submission to procurement@mbie.govt.nz

If you have any questions about the submissions process, contact us at procurement@mbie.govt.nz.

Can we include your email address?
Can we include your business name or organisation?

Notwithstanding the above, if MBIE receives a request under the Official Information Act 1982(external link) (OIA) for a copy of submissions, it will need to make its own assessment of whether the information should be released, including whether it is in the public interest to release the information received. In this case, MBIE will endeavour to consult with the submitter prior to making its decision on the request.
