Continuing the partnership approach to the Advanced Manufacturing ITP, industry-led implementation groups are being stood up to drive delivery of the plan. They are:

- Enhanced union groups
- Māori Industry Action Group
- Pacific Peoples Advanced Manufacturing Group
- The University and Research Institute Advanced Manufacturing Group
