Result 9: Better public services for business

Better Public Services: Result 9 is a programme to deliver better public services for businesses. It is part of the wider Better Public Services programme, taking place across 10 result areas.

What businesses will get

The Result 9 programme is a collaborative effort by government agencies to deliver better public services for business by providing:

  • Faster online services
  • Better integration of services
  • Services designed for business

 

One stop online shop

A key way that government will achieve these targets is by delivering, for businesses, a one stop online shop for all government advice and support they need to run and grow.

 

Measuring our progress

The Result 9 Action Plan sets two clear targets for measuring our success – to reduce the costs to businesses of dealing with government, and improving the service levels they receive from government.
