On Wednesday 25 November 2015 the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs released an Options Paper that seeks public feedback on potential options for changes to the regulatory regime.
We invite you to have your say.
Submissions on the questions in Part 3 of this paper (relating to the Financial Service Providers Register) are due by 5pm on Friday 29 January 2016.
Submissions on the questions in Part 1 and Part 2 of this paper are due by 5pm on Friday 26 February 2016.
Please use the submission template provided as this will help us to collate submissions and ensure that your views are fully considered.
Please also include in your submission your name, or the name of your organisation, contact details, and whether you require any of your submission to be kept confidential.
Consumer brochure and questionnaire
MBIE has developed a brochure and questionnaire targeted at consumers that asks some key questions related to the material in the Options Paper. Submitters can answer both the consumer brochure questions and the Options Paper questions if they wish.
